Our focus at
Collective Intelligence
Solutions is to teach people how to think. We
work from the hypothesis that thinking is a question-response process which is
learnable and works for both individuals and for
teams. We refer to
this process as Question Driven Thinking™ (QDT)
We
take a systems approach to thinking and
workgroup performance, which we call Question Driven Leadership™
(QDL). The QDL program concentrates on the quality of the interaction
between
individuals. Although the
principles of QDL are universal, every business situation is unique and
we customize the
programs to best meet the requirements of our clients.
