purpose of our Question Driven Leadership™ (QDL) services is to
transform a
team’s ability to perform. Collective
Intelligence Solutions focuses solely on training organizational teams
to
increase their ability to collaborate and perform coherently.
We
help companies, communities and organizations liberate themselves from
the
tyranny of small thinking and short-sighted planning. We
provide tools and training in skills which can be used in any situation
in
which people are working together to create a common result.
We
teach a specific set of skills for a team to be able to step up to a
high level
of performance at will. These skills are
presented in a form that
is easy to learn.

currently working on. We will customize a
series of programs to

The
Methodology of the Question Driven Leadership™ Program
QDL
is delivered in a series of practical, non-academic services and
trainings.
Each QDL Program is tailored for an organization’s specific
needs. The QDL Program
is conducted at your location, working with your team and the problems
facing
your business. This maximizes learning and minimizes disruptions to
critical
workflow.
The QDL program
applies to any size group. The
program contains three core phases:
Assessment—What
is important to your organization? How well do your people understand
what is
important? The assessment characterizes the alignment between the
organization
and its members. It also identifies key skill development needs
and establishes
baseline metrics used to track performance improvement.
Training—
By using real problems as the learning laboratory, your team receives
immediate
reinforcement to the practical nature of the QDL tools. The
training is
woven into the fabric of the organization’s day-to-day
operations. Consequently, there is no gap between training and
implementation. Team members start using the tools immediately and
effectively.
Deployment—The
baseline metrics defined during the assessment phase are used to assess
the
adoption and mastery of the QDL skill set and other performance
improvement
metrics. Additional on-site training is provided, especially for
larger
organizations, to assure uniformity and consistency in the application
of the
tools. Training internal trainers can also be provided for very
large
organizations.
