In our experience we have
observed that many organizations have difficult-to-manage "failure
points." A number of these failure points are associated with an
organization's most basic process - the exchange of information and
creation of solutions to problems. This basic process is where
employees, team members, and workgroups must perform the most essential
tasks of the organization at the highest level. We have seen
destructive habits and behaviors undermine communication and
collaboration, draining energy and the chance for greater success from
the organization.
Several years ago, we embarked on an experiment to develop a technology
that would quickly and effectively neutralize counter-productive habits
and provide a vehicle for advanced teamwork and problem solving.
Collective Intelligence Solutions exists to bring that development to
corporate, government and community service projects which rely on the
integrity and creativity of team performance.

Robert Bystrom’s
background is in business, education and project management. Since 2000, he has
been helping small businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations
develop high level cooperation and performance. Involved in researching the life-shaping

intelligence, the basis of Collective Intelligence Solutions’ breakthrough
interactive technologies.
His private coaching practice began in 1982 and has included managers of some
of Scandinavia’s largest corporations,
including Ericsson and Tetrapak. Prior to that, he was CEO of Springer Athletic
Equipment Company in San Francisco.
